A. Sanders|This is a scholar's book. It does not read fast, but it does read fascinating. Indeed, it will take several readings before I'll feel I have even begun to grasp much of it, there is SO much information! I have a great deal of admiration for the authors for even attempting the daunting task of putting together such a detailed work as this.
