While you have to acknowledge the time and effort that go into writing any book, this work was not well presented. Information was repeated constantly and there wasn't nearly enough of the "meat" that I was looking for. While the author trys|About the Author|The author lives in California and has earned 5th Dan Black Belts in Tang Soo Do and Tae Kwon Do almost simultaneously and a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Soo Bahk. Len is married and is a father of three children and grandfather to five grandchildren.
