Hanneman|Mr. Kirk's overall description of life in the PI is good and I agree with most of his points. But I'm puzzled why he portrayed convicted US Air Force Major (select) Chen Almacen as a victim of an Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) witch hunt. A convenient scapegoat? Racism?
