The topic was something that I'm particularly interested in, but the price was on the steep side so I tried my first rental. I get the impression this is simply a Word file that has gone through KDP and with all the footnotes and endnotes, the finished prod| ||'Dr Lewis writes with ease and clarity. I appreciate the way he gently reminds the reader from time to time of earlier points of importance, thus saving a good deal of backward foraging.
