||12 of 13 people found the following review helpful.| Egypt of the Pharaohs, 3rd edition|By E. Higdon|This is the textbook we use in my Egyptian History course at the University of Alabama. It is a great book on egypt stretching from the old stone age to the Ptolmic Pharaohs.
Interesting to read, I disagree somewhat with Gardiner, but i read the book thirty years after it's first publication.
