By citing only the titles, authors, and in a few cases, an extract of the referenced publications, I was able to read through the equivalent of 400 books on Philippine history in a matter of hours.

Obviously, for the time-pressed scholar, there is much to be gained in condens|About the Author|The Library of Congress is an institution whose collections are international in scope and is considered the nation's library.

This book was originally published prior to 1923, and represents a reproduction of an important historical work, maintaining the same format as the original work. While some publishers have opted to apply OCR (optical character recognition) technology to the process, we believe this leads to sub-optimal results (frequent typographical errors, strange characters and confusing formatting) and does not adequate...
